I’ve been so busy of late what with my move into the charity sector, particularly whilst building on the excellent team I was greeted by, that I’ve had very little time to post lately.
Despite this I was so impressed with what Dan Pallotta had to say at TED that I circulated this to a number of key colleagues / managers recently here at Combat Stress and just thought I’d share it with anyone else who may find it useful.
Whilst I don’t personally agree with 100% of Dan’s vision for a better, stronger, charity governance model I do think he makes some incredibly powerful and thought provoking points. Certainly worth a watch and a think, whether you are working directly for or simply supporting charities…
